WRXD 10-02-2007 01:52 PM

I think I have this episode.

What I love is their use of the word “value” as it pertains to 100,000 pound vehicle vs. an 800,000 pound Veyron.:-p

The 2000 hp dyno couldn't hold the torque from the engine.

The shep racing talon does o-64 in .94seconds. I dont see why this cant go 4mph slower in .6seconds longer?

eviltalon 10-03-2007 08:05 PM

good point

Raven18940 10-03-2007 08:07 PM

64 is awfully specific. Oh did I mention that Red Victor only has 2 gears?

dragonfly2k3 10-03-2007 08:15 PM

that just happens to be his 60' time/trap.

7.8 is not fast for a racecar... I know though "it's street legal," but they are also in Europe where the laws are different and they use the words tee and toast a lot. And who knows if "Street legal" really means it passes all laws to drive on the street, or it simply meets the rules to race in a "street class" at the dragstrip.

Don't get me wrong, the car is sick as hell though. I totally like those boxy looking cars all tubbed out. That looks so sick. I personally love the looks of the Chevy 2 when made into a nice race car, or "street car" that goes 7's.

No, it's street legal. Mind you that's UK street legal and cats weren't required until I think 95 or so, but he had the valid inspection certificate.
