I just got $50 to move my car 20 feet!
 

little backstory; every apartment complex has one of those "douchebag neighbors that everyone hates" well, i'm lucky enough to live above them! some examples of there douchebaggery; they call security and make noise complaints all the time during the day when we don't have anything on loud, they call at night and complain our air conditioner is to loud and they can't sleep, yet they have a baby that crys all goddamn night. his wife cant drive and her car looks like something out of a demolition derby, i've gone out numerous times and had her parked against my bumper or someone elses, parked with 1 wheel on the sidewalk etc. they always complained when i worked on my car outside, not that i was noisy they just found it unsightly and said it was whitetrash to do in public

so anyways, that's just a little bit ( not to mention i've had several packages "dissapear" off my doorstep

today was a blessed day, i saw a pensky truck outside and my douchebag neighbor had boxes stacked outside, he was ****ing moving out thank god. i went to work for a meeting and came back, there were only 2 parking spots open ( we park on the street, all paralell parking ) 1 across the road, and one right behind is pensky truck, i ofcourse parked behind is truck and pulled up so close the olsen twins couldn't fit inbetween. after about 45 minutes i got a furious knock on the door, it was captain douchebag DEMANDING ( not asking ) that i move my truck and threatening to call the police ( ROFL ) i politly said **** off and shut the door. 20 minutes later another knock, this time it was the security guy and i figured i would have to move, but no. my neighbor actually called and said i was threatening them, i explained the situation and the security guy laughed ( he's delt with this guys bs calls before ) said have a good one and left. my neighbor came back out and asked again if i'd move my truck, i said i would gladly move it but i'd require $100 for the effort of walking outside, we haggled and i came out with $50 for parking my car across the street.

too bad i called my roommates friend and just had her park behind him again ROFL

haha good one. i would have done the same thing, but i would put another car in front of his car just to piss him off even more. i bet the look on the security guards face was priceless though when you told him what that ****er said to you. just be glad he is moving, and that you hopefully get a non-douche bag for a neighbor.

thats like what my mom is going through with her neighbor. they don't allow pets their, but my mom got permission from the manager from the place and she has permission for my dad to bring our dog down their on weekends. but the ****ing bitch below her complains about the dog being their. and my mom also has some plants on her porch, so in the morning she goes out side and waters them. the women below her says she is getting water on her porch and doesn't like that? :screwy:

honestly he wont do anything, all he does is cry to other people. he's one of those guys that his bark is bigger than his bite, you know?

my brother had an asshole neighbor like that. so when he moved out, i filled the guys deadbolt lock with crazy glue then stuck a penny over it so he couldnt get in.

lil off topic but goodfella732 did u read that book that's in ur avatar? my little brother has a thing about zombie invasions *too much damn resident evil* and he convinced me to read the book. i gotta say it's not too bad but damn you start thinking about what u would do if zombies took over...LOL
