awsome time at the crab run plus sad news
 

well my wife and i really want to thank everyone at the crab run yesterday for a great time. as many of you know i drove her ss to the crab run because the srt was having issues. this morning i went out for parts and a 16 year old kid who has had his licence for 2 weeks was on a turning only lane and i was on the lane to go straight, some how he didnt see the bright ass yellow cobalt next to him and did some nasty damage to our door, quarter panel and wheel. im so bummed out beause its my wifes car and i was driving it...

That stinks i would assume the cops blamed it on him.

Even if he was blind, he should have heard it. I followed you for the first leg of the crab run on Saturday, and my ears still hurt. Sucks about the car, good luck with a speedy recovery.

yeah i thought the response would be something like that bad young drivers turn out to be bad old drivers thats all i know.

What did he do, try to go straight from the turning lane? Sorry to hear of the damage. :(

That sucks Ray... I saw over on SRTforums that your ecu in the SRT got fried as well. You had a pretty crappy weekend...good luck with the Cobalt and the SRT
