The specs and price point on the D3 is impressive. I'm curious how the 51 point AF system compares to the Canon's benchmark 45 point system on the 1D MKIII.

It's good to see Nikon stepping up with a full-frame camera. Personally, I was hoping for something of an answer to the 5D (Full-Frame in the D200 body).
