from what i read on the article that linked me to this, this scene was cut out of Saw 4 because it originally had an NC 17 rating and they are trying to achieve and R rating. Because they cut it out, they made it into a trailor for Saw 4 that was played at a Comic Convention, and this guy bootlegged that ****.
