So I've been looking for a project for awhile and have been between a dsm or a 240sx. Whatever I found first in the right condition for the right price would be my choice. So yesterday I found an s13 on craigslist and I just brought it home!

Guess what came in the mail today?
http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/4521/240010rc9.jpg http://img403.imageshack.us/img403/7127/240011sh5.jpg http://img367.imageshack.us/img367/6846/240009aw3.jpg I can't believe how much these collars helped. Wheel hop is a thing of the past and the body roll was drastically reduced. I think I spent like $50 on these, not bad at all. |
Lets get drifty
|
Where did you get the collars from, and did you find any cons to having them on your car? Also is the install pretty basic?
I might have to pick up some. |

The install was really easy too. All you have to do is jack up the rear end, take off the wheels, put a jack under the diff and unbolt the subframe bushings to put the collars on the top and the bottom. Move the diff up and down with the jack to adjust the subframe and fit the top collars on. I can't think of a single bad thing that came from buying these. If you have anymore questions feel free to Pm me. |
