Tuned by Andy@Verocious

Had Andy put on my turbo back exhaust and tune my STi with Ecutek, and it was nothing but a pleasure.

Guys, for all of your tuning needs.. definitely see Andy and the Verocious guys, A++++

The car made 307whp, and 348ft lbs of torque on 20psi, tapering down to ~15 at redline.

I will have dyno sheets/videos up soon.

Is this going to lead to you saying you didn't get enough power get ur money back?

Did they move the dyno from Xotic or is there a new dyno at the new Ferocious facility?

peteyturbo 05-22-2007 06:00 PM

Nope, draw your own conclusions..Just wondering how much an ECUtek tune goes for theese days..
BTW was the first run stock or with the exhaust already installed?

It was moved.

The guys at nasioc are saying there is a hiccup and unsmooth power from 4200-5500 rpm. I really don't notice that... are they just smoking crack?

CHAOS 05-23-2007 01:52 PM

the guys on nasioc will find anything to call you out on ... it looks fine man.

TROLL 05-23-2007 01:56 PM

yeah (edit: most of) "the guys on nasioc" are all idiots :).

pick and choose the people you pay attention to, and put andy at the top of that list. he knows whats up, and your car looks excellent.

RayArroyo 05-23-2007 01:59 PM

wheres the link to nasioc?

the only thing i see that maybe they mean is that the smoothing factor on the graph is set to 5 what that does is make the graph smoother, looking at your graph its a bit choppy even though its smoothed to 5. which means if you lower that smoothe to 0 or maybe even 2 the graph will even be chopier. which could be a sign of a hicup, best thing to do is find another graph from an 07 sti stage 2 and compare it. dont go by numbers though all dynos will read different, go by how much power you gained.

great numbers btw, i bet the car is finally a blast to drive.

CHAOS 05-23-2007 02:06 PM

the smoothing could also be affect by the original set up... like if the graph was recorded and it was already set to 5 then it could show up like its "unsmoothed"

RayArroyo 05-23-2007 02:08 PM

the smoothing is changed once the graph is on the screen , not before the run though. all im saying is that thats probbably what the assioc people maybe talking about. wheres the link to assioc.

i avoid posting on assioc for reasons like this
