anybody know of any shops hiring around downingtown/west chester/coatesville/exton?

I've had it with wal-mart. I'm giving my notice tommorow. Anybody know of any shops hiring? Its gonna have to be part time, which I know makes it a lot harder to find a shop to work at but theres nothing I can do about that. I'm starting ATC June 25th, so I'll only be able to work from like 2 to closing whenever that may be. I'm only 19, but I have my PA state inspection license, my a/c certification, and I have an ASE certificate waiving one year of field experience. Help a brotha out!

DAMN! You're the same age as me and already have an ASE cert. I just work at a machine shop making my own little knicky knacky things that I need. Still not certified though.

well its only because I've been in Automotve Service Technology at CAT Brandywine (a tech school I go to half a day). Our teacher can be a real dickweed, but he can also be very cool. All the seniors that are at least 2nd year usually leave w/ at least an inspection license.

Whats have an ASE certification waiving 1 year of work exp mean? Does that just mean you have been at a tech school for 2 years? If so I got that too :)

its more so for when I take cert tests, so that I can skip the lower level tests and what not. You know what I mean?

No idea.. What lower level tests? I just finished taking two 2 weeks ago, and they explained I need 2 years work expierence to actually be ASE certified, but 2 years of tech school = 1 year of field expierence, so I don't exactly get what you are saying.

PS i got the inspection liscense and the refridgerent one, which I think both were too easy to get, but hey I'll take them!
