Who has tasted some good, tastefull, yet healty drinks? I'm currently on vitamin water, but I juss realized it has as much sugar as gatorade. I'm juss tryna be a lil more healthy. So who'sgot some info? Lol

whitezenki 04-29-2007 01:26 PM

twistedlanes 04-29-2007 02:12 PM

How about v8 splash?

97TurboDSM 04-29-2007 02:13 PM

V8 splash. any variation of that is good for you and it tastes great too. i love it

whitezenki 04-29-2007 02:13 PM

fruit or vegetable juices, water.... not much else really, even the fruit and vegetable juices have a lot of sugar unless you get the right kind

aAhahahhahahha

And you're right about some waters tasting better than others. Deer Park is best for me.

whitezenki 04-29-2007 02:19 PM

I like Dasani, but tap is where its at, **** spending 1.30 for a bottle of water over and over. At most Ill buy the big multipacks when they are on sale, but it better be a steep sale b/c my sink is always free

dickerdieter 04-29-2007 02:39 PM

water is def ur best bet, either that or some good ol OJ (im drinkin some rite now actually)

cxrock16 04-29-2007 02:47 PM

brian your retarted haha just read the lables on the bottles .. the sobe life water is pretty good

drew 04-29-2007 03:10 PM

water & v8 / v8 splash are your best bet

if you're a soda drinker then diet coke plus isn't as bad for you as some other diet colas. you still have artificial colors, sweetners, and preservatives but at least you're getting vitamens and minerals lol

Kerplunk105 04-29-2007 03:20 PM

I love the v8 veggie blend!

Willdue 04-29-2007 03:36 PM

that V8 **** is growse, yuck. And oj can be bad after awhile, guess i gotta go to the store and read bottles.

be careful of the high sodium levels in V8 (unless of course you get the low sodium version)

201Motorsports 04-29-2007 03:40 PM

I thought V8 Splash had a bunch of sugar in it, too? I could definitely be wrong though... I've never really looked at the label. Sobe Life Water owns my life. I love that stuff so much! I stick to regular tap water though. Bottled water sometimes... but my Brita filter gets a ton of use

whitezenki 04-29-2007 03:41 PM

Give up soda altogether, its a lot easier than you think. I used to drink a lot of soda, but on the first day of college I thought "hey I'll lay off the soda for a bit and see how i do." still havent drank it since September, water is just so much better healthwise.

Red Bull is my downfall tho...

Willdue 04-29-2007 03:46 PM

i havent touched soda in a month, i tatsted it like a month ago and wanted to throw up...
