I'm going to Live 8 in the morning and most likely taking the train down... anyone else goning?

lol sry nahh i wont be there but i will be at the races because if u thought about it normally every 4th of july they block in a (1) road but this one 75% of the philadelphia police are going to be patrolling the live 8 thing so it will be open season for street racers in south philly hours and hours of racing all night just as it as been the last few weeks now :thumbup: ... and ill be video tapin lol :supz:

Chris I would seriously stay clear of that mess and watch it at home..nothing good is going to come of this trust ME i know.

But now i am 20 and i am grown up :lol: . But this thing is over at 6 what time are the races gonna start... that early????

I'm not even going anywhere NEAR philly during this thing.
It was bad enough when I lived on 33rd & Baring during the 4th and other events. I think the whole thing would just be a huge mess for someone w/no patience like myself. WAAAAAY too many people for one space.

Just remember, during events like that Philly PD gets large amounts of overtime, so dont feel too safe. South Philly street racing is a bunch of thug-life clowns anyways.

I'm probably going with my friend, only to see DMB. Everyone else isn't worth standing in the 90-degree heat sweating my ass off to see. Also taking the train, R2 Septa out of Warminster.

one of my ideas is that we're going to leave around 3 or 4pm and go to the continental (mid-town) and have a few drinks on the roof deck... and watch the mob scene take fold tomorrow when the concert ends!

I think me and my friends are going not sure though. I actually wanna see all those artist. CEPT DMB they SUCK haha
