300hp 288 trq EJ205 VF30 (CBRD)

So I went out to CBRD to get some dyno time and to check out his new shop. I pulled onto the dyno and put down 274hp 259 trq. Chad did a little tweaking with open source and managed to get 300hp 288 trq out if it. Now is spools alittle faster and has a nice fat power band. For some reason the dyno didn't save the 300hp run so the chart we have is a 294hp 283 trq run. but Chad and I know both know it hit 300 ;-).

Anyway the Shop is REALLY nice. I think all I did when I was there was mess things up.(covered the parking lot in dirt left foot prints in the shop and left a burn mark on the dyno from my EWG) Big thanks to Chad for letting me with in 5 miles of his spotless shop.

VERY nice!! This setup is done right without any money wasted, I like it a whole lot. 300 whp is a nice figure for GD WRX's, but in a GC it's even better :)

Can't wait to see it (hopefully) hit 11's this year.

wow ralph. The car runs amazing in the quarter mile but I thought a lot of that was due to the weight of it. But you are making some serious power with the engine/turbo setup. congrats.

chads new shop is sickkkkk. you'll definitely start hearing about it soon. i've been following his progress with it for what, a year? maybe longer... slow going but its the nicest shop i've ever seen...

no video of any of the dyno runs :-( I dropped my camera when I got out of the car at Chads shop and it broke :-(. I'll have the graph up as soon as Chad gets a chance to scan it in for me.

i'm dumb and have like 100+ hp that was intended for my car sitting in my room, but that makes me want to install it go get tuned right now.. argh.

i dont mean to bump an old thread but how much was dyno time out there? im looking to try my car on another awd dyno to see what kind of power itll put down on a dyno other than xotic
