Wanted: Very Organized and Thorough Member to be new "Calendar Master"
Ash has done a killer job for us here in getting the Calendar where it is today, but her schedule isn't permitting her to get on here as often as she used to.
So, we're looking for a new "calendar master" to manage the calendar and make sure to put worthwhile events on the calendar and remove old ones which no longer apply. You will be 'trained' on how to do things, but the job is pretty independant and you will be responsible for regular upkeep on your own. Don't worry though, it doesn't take much time, probably 10 minutes every other day or so... Looking for someone who is organized and thorough, as it takes both to create full and complete calendar postings. Please do not PM me about this, just reply here in the thread if you are interested and I will contact you. Past conduct on the forum will have an affect on your eligibility for the position. Thanks, hope to have someone up and running in the very near future... Bryan |
Hrmmmmmm. I shall ponder this.
Im game. The position doesnt seem to tasking and Im here pretty much every day as it is...since Im not too auto savvy, this could be my way of contributing something positive to TST. :)
Def has to be a girl no guys are truely organized. I say one of the two girls who have already posted or lux.
I'm down. :)

I'm with Barry, give it to another chick. How is Ash anyways? |
not a chic but i could do it!
drew if you can do it while at work id say you should do it but i still think a couple of people should be into it to make it really easy to accomplish. besides how about if people dont want to to do it anymore then one guy looks bad and we lose the whole calendar. if its really that bad i can handle it i just need some training. i know nothing about computers man. but i am willing to help
its not a "hard" job IMO... one person can handle it just fine...ash did a great job and someone else im sure can do the same
whats the pay like?

 I don't think this is a paying job. |
one thing i have learned without a doubt is that it is often worse to have 'too many cooks in the kitchen' on a job that can be accomplished by one person.
i think it will be best to choose one able person, and i'll let the thread stand for another day or two before the mods make a decision. thanks a lot for all the interest so far... bryan |
i;d volunteer since i;m the events coordinator for my club. i have plenty of time now, but i dunno what its gonna be like come april when i start my 12+ hr work days :(
I.d be down to lend a hand once I get my new laptop with a wireless verizon internet card... I.ll be connected 24/7 at that point. plus. I have no life.
edit. . but I`m only interested if I get a cool name like "The (TST CALENDAR) Don" |
i could do it.
I'm up for the task. I'm always on here and always checking out all the sections! You know I'm always online Troll!
