hmm, well the tier3 guys play counterstrike source all day and really dont do much work for escalated issues, the dev team restricts tier 2's ability to troubleshoot issues because they dont like giving the tools to tier2 because tier2 doesnt have high standards to get employed and winds up with service frying devices `trying` stuff out...

tier1 is a joke based out of dubai, they are absolutely ass backwards and do more harm then good...

if your internet connection isnt 100% perfect theres nothing vonage can do beyond adjust packetization and jitter levels which SOMETIMES help, faxing is an issue...

the only way vonage works perfectly is if you speak to a half way intelligent tech to adjust the settings properly...

i wouldnt recommend the service to anyone other then to try it out for the 30 day money back period, if its not 100% perfect in those 30 days then bail out immediately...
