they all seem a little OOF. What did you shoot them with?

ibepressin 02-09-2007 12:31 PM

# 10's composition is right on. On a side note, major orange peel on the shelby emblem.

oof = out of focus.

orange peel = the paint of the car around the badge looks like an orange peel? it's got texture, isn't glassy smooth. You can clearly see it in the pic.

Some may disagree, but I always do atleast a small amount of PP (post processing) to clean them up, and get them to pop a bit more.

I'll be heading there this sunday and will hopefully have some nice shots from it to contribute :)

They were all shot on full auto mode with no tripod. I didnt have time to sit there aiming and focusing. The cobra was blue with white vynil, or maybe a second layer of paint for the stripes and accents...maybe thats why

#10 is good. the rest seem eh to me but i'm not an expert

CleanNeon98 02-09-2007 02:19 PM

Il get my buddy to post process some of them. There was one that I liked, but there is a reflection on the paint and it kills the whole shot.

I was focusing specifically on parts of the cars, not the cars themselves.
