Ive seen a whole lot of Anime' and this one takes the cake. I just got done watching all six episodes and reading the manga online. Then Trolled a bunch of forums and finally understand. Watch it and you will do the same. I saw it way back in january and never got to finish it and then lost what days it would be on. Honestly one of my favs.

Man i dunno what happened, but i tried watching my lineup of futurama and family guy the other night at 11 and it wasn't on! I was so mad!

jesus, adult swim is playing flcl AGAIN? i thought they burned that out 4 years ago. in any case, does anyone know if that gameboy game the little girl is playing is a real one?

In all honesty, FLCL is one of the best produced shows I have ever seen. So much money was put into it they spent the budget of a 24 episode show in a 6 episode show. Don't ask me how I know that, I read it somewhere.

Getting that show on DVD was the best thing, instead of having to wait for it to come on. umm.. maybe ill go watch that and finish off this hangover.

IMO nothing will ever beat Cowboy bebop for the #1 spot in my heart

Bebop is amazing - it is a masterpiece in it's simplest form. FLCL is up there too and it is the best anime for it's length; period.

Another good one for you guys to torrent is Beck.

This is one of the best shows I have ever watched and have watched it probably 2-3 times through.

Outlaw Star and Cowboy Bebop are two of my other favs up there with Samurai Shamploo. I also find myself enjoying Fullmetal Alchemist but I dont really know why. C/N used to show some really good Anime' lately theyve been showing bull****. I think they really should show Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals. Its a four ep series, what do they have to lose? Also does anyone remember Blue Sub No:6? that one was fantastic!

Watch beck - you will enjoy it as you and I have probably similar tastes.

Everyone that I have given beck to (Have it on my external HD) has loved it.

I'll look into it, I think I saw it sitting on the shelf at Suncoast yesterday.

Some of the most hilarious moments come from the absolute Engrish in the series. I have everything on my HD - if I can find a DVD burner I could burn and ship it to you or just give it you in person (saw your car at the dump last friday)

blue sub was freaky, i enjoyed outlaw star and blue gender was pretty damn good,

another personal favorite is the original bubblegum crisis. who couldnt love it? four hot anime girls, powered armor suits, berserk robots, and boiling japanese rock. its unfortunate that the main character's voice actress got a big record deal after so few episodes cutting it short

Im finishing the torrent for bebop soon - It is the one show that I will watch with the english dub because they did it so exceptionally well; better than the japanese version.

champloo is another one with an excellent dub

Another good show is ergo proxy if you like FLCL - bit more dark but still excellent

I just today watched all 5 episodes of Macross Zero, amazing fight sequences. it was like porn for robotech/macross fans

best thing is every episode was on youtube :D

I personally think Naruto is absolute garbage, both dubbed and non-dubbed.

Full Metal Alchemist I hear is good non-dubbed; I haven't watched non-dubbed so I can't comment but dubbed is kind of retarded and in my personal opinion the story sucked.

FLCL and GITS:SAL was good though.

If you haven't watched it already - just watch Initial D: It's decent and has cars and everything they talk about actually makes sense and is pretty damn accurate to real life.

just dont watch the initial D dub, it got raped in translation

maybe the title of this should be changed to the otaku thread :P
