Undercover cop cars

On my way home, on Rt1 South, I saw a white Excursion XLT with black/grey bottom and chrome wheels and a gold 90's something Bonneville pull over a toyota with aftermarket wheels at the Sunoco right next to Faulkner Toyota/Cadillac.

Watch out.

And if there are any other undercover cop cars that you know of please let us know. That was certainly the first time I noticed them since I moved back.

Richburo Pa area, there is a early 2000 Black hevy Malibu that looks stock however it is an under-cover cop car. It has tint, and only way you can tell its him is, he has the front license plate that says "Heart of Chevrolet" or something like that. I have seen it now with a factory wing now, unless there is another one now. The car used to have no factory wing on it... hum. You usally see him sitting at the Firestation in Richburo.

I know there's something in the law that mandates that right to an extent. I don't remember the wording though.

Damn right dude. If it doesn't look like a patrol car in my rear-view, I'm calling 911.

Yea i agree if its not a cop car....ill drive my ass to the police station and stop especially cause i heard on the news last night about the accident with a real cop in langhorne yesterday he was responding to a call of a police imposter

I saw a gold Chrysler Seabring convertible in Philly a little while back that was an unmarked police car. The weird part was that it had New York tags.

Twin_Cam 06-03-2005 09:52 AM

Warminster's unmarked cars are awful. They're still Crown Vics or Grand Marquis, they're just plain white, they have the floodlight out the side of the a-pillar, and the black panels next to the license plate and the "Police Interceptor" badge. Weaksauce.

I'm almost 99% sure that an unmarked car does have to radio for a black and white durring a traffic stop.

Another good thing to look out for is if it dosn't have red lights.

As far as I know, you are right.

nickmahhh 06-03-2005 04:40 PM

down here in SJ, Ive seen white vans that have state trooper written on the side of them. Its a good idea, nobody is gonna slow down if there is a white van behind you

rsxchic05 06-04-2005 02:59 PM

When I saw the unmarked cars the cops had two guys handcuffed sitting on the ground while they were searching their car. There were no regular cop cars around.

in holland near the wawa and that shopping center there is a new unmarked black impala with tint pulling people over in the 25mph zone....ive seen him twice now

2point4DSM 06-07-2005 10:53 AM

I just saw a grey suburban and black denali in front of Best Buy/Redlion Rd. No marks except flashing lights.

That reminds me. The first time I ever got pulled over for drag racing... I raced a mustang who was working with a cop to nab people near University of Delaware area. Has anyone ever heard of that before.

That was a long time ago.
