AIM Sports Dashes and Data Acquisition

This is the stuff for everyone getting serious about their cars for next season. These units replace your factory dash and allow you to data log whatever sensors you have hooked up to them. Each model has slightly different features, the main ones which are listed below along with links to the Aim Sports site for more information.

The prices listed are special pricing for our initial buy-in. Once this deal has gone through the prices will go up. But the good news is, if more people get in on this initial purchase the price will go down a little more.

$2070

These are the prices for now, if we get enough units, I can probably drop them a little more. But this is probably the best pricing you'll be able to find this stuff for.

I need to know who is really interested and which unit you would want and what sensors you plan on running with the unit. Just post here, pm or email me (tim@rttuning.com) and I can get you a better quote. But depending on how many people are serious about these, I really want to get the initial purchase in within the next couple of weeks. So let me know as soon as possible.

Also, if you see anything else on the AIM sports site that you may want, let me know.

Bump.

Alright guys, I put together some packages. It's pretty much the units and then water temp, oil temp, boost, egt and oil pressure sensors. Some of the units have an accelerometer to measure g's and do track mapping.

I know someone has to be building a race car out there and you need this stuff.

So if anyone is interested PM me for pricing on the packages or if you would want something different in a package let me know what you want and I'll give you a good price.

P I M P !

I think this would be perfect for someone that wanted to get one unit to show there readings instead of a bunch of gauges. Maybe I might get one later down the road to replace all of the gauges that I'm running and replace the Autometers in the glove box.

I like the datalogging features also. Nice to see your peaks through the RPM range. Damn this would be nice to see your fuel pressure also.

So does it come with all of the sensors? Got any pics of the hardware?

So does it show the datalogs on the display itself?

Pegasus is another AIM dealer and they have pics of a lot of the sensors on their site. If you look around on there, you will notice that our price is a lot better than what they are offering the units for.

You could easily hook up a fuel pressure sensor on there as well. All of the models can do temperature and pressure inputs. And most of them can do potentiometers, lambda, etc. It doesn't come with all the sensors, depending on the model there are different sensors that are included. That is why I am putting together packages with the more common sensors, so people won't have to search around for stuff to use.

www.aim-sportline.com has better descriptions of what accessories come with each unit.

The unit will show the real time data and I think you can cycle through it when you're in the pits. But each unit comes with the Race Studio software so you can easily upload your data to a computer and use their software to analyze it.

Alright, last chance, this ends tomorrow. Is anyone on here baller enough to run one of these? Or is it just going to be me and Mac?

So these have to use their own sensors??? You cant tap off exsisting sensors???

Mac @ R/T Tuning 12-14-2006 05:48 PM

Well you can order it with or without sensors. You could use any 5V sensor you already have you just have to wire it in to one of the analog inputs and configure it in Race Studio. Radical.

TurboTagTeam 12-14-2006 06:00 PM

Is this system compatible with Apexi' Power Excel???

Wiisass 12-14-2006 06:02 PM

Not yet, but once we get the units we are going to look into how it can interface with the Power FC and some factory ECUs.
