So I'm bored, and curious...


Who's your top 10 fav rappers/emcees of all time.

1. Nas- simply the best, he's dope, real and can make you think and at the same time make your head bob, he's the definition of an emcee.
2. Canibus- one of the illest ever, lyrically raw and intense, makes your mind run wit **** that'll make you wanna rewind. And destroyed ll by the way. One the greatest, and he is out there protecting are asses in the army.
3. Tupac- soulful, lyrically not the greatest, but he spoke poverty and struggle, more of a poet emcee, he lived one great life, a deep man, raps not the same without him. RIP
4. Big L- a lot of cats never got to here him, but he was unique and lyrically critical. Could simply rhyme all day. He died young, his label would be what the roc is today. He ran a label that included him, children of the corn, nas, jay z, camron, mase and a few others. Think of that roster, and think of the cats that came along now wit cats on that roster. Simple.
5. Eminem- always doubted, simply speaks his mind, which is an emcees job. Shame he's fallen off due to proofs death.
6. Biggie- "fat, black and ugly as ever". Only a real man would admit that. Liquid flow, delivery, presence. Simply ill, taken to soon, rip
7.sage francis- here he is, the outkast of rap, lyrically prolly the greatest ever if you listen to what he says. He even brings "emo rock" into rap, and is simply lyrically dope. A must listen if you haven't yet. "And I'm use to the cold, so ill be able to rest my head on jesus' shoulder"
8. Dmx- there will never be a such even close to what dmx was, raw, real and a great charecter, always stayed to where he came from. Intense attitude.
9.rakim- simply took rap and made it flow, he created flow for todays artist.
10. Big pun- unique and artistic rhyme scheme.

That's cool, list urs. I said YOUR favs, not what the industry says. I never really liked krs, respect em, but don't really be bumpin it much

yea i think the newer stuff is better, most of it atleast....i saw him live at warped tour and it was prob the best show ive ever seen
