I'm wondering if that video will screw him, I know if he told the insurance company his 14 year old son drove the car into his house they wouldn't cover it, so he either payed out of pocket for the damage or lied and said he was driving ( my guess ) with that video on the internet I'm sure that could eventually cause some problems for him lol

PA Z06 11-02-2006 06:40 PM

its a stick right? wouldn't he have to "accidently" do a lot of stuff to end up in the wall like that

D Money 11-02-2006 06:53 PM

wow, that's terrible.

Yeah it almost to me looks like he knew what he was doing. I mean if he just pushed the clutch and tried to start it doesn't the car have to be in neutral. Even if it was in first and started you don't press the gas pedal. Who knows. Parts can't be cheap either.

well its a GT500...so its not auto...;)

my guess is, the dad parked it in 1st gear, and the kid had no idea what he was doing. They are lucky nobody was standing in front of it.

jc8889 11-02-2006 07:09 PM

That thing is Fast, did atleast 0-30 through the garage in about 1.2 sec.

S4toSTI 11-02-2006 07:11 PM

It looks like he was able to push the clutch in just far enough to hit the saftey switch (to let the car start), but once he got the car started his foot slipped off.
