ok, so im pulling out of burger king tonight around 1:15 and all i hear is tires spining, im looking all around and i see down towards pep boys (didnt see the car, u will know why in a sec) and all i see is a CLOUD of smoke. Funny thing is, there was a cop at the wawa, and a cop at the old krispy kreme, and neither of them went after this guy, i mean he litterally SAT there and smoked his tires for ATLEAST 20 seconds, if not longer, i sat there waiting for a cop to get him. He also had his lights off, and his hazards on, what a fool.
