im 22... have a horrible record... i pay roughly 180-190 a month... thats about the same as i was paying for my 96 mx6 v6. i thought the STi would be way higher but the safety features outweigh the power

Honest_Bob 10-12-2006 07:19 AM

About $2500 a year for my 05 WRX Wagon. It dropped this year from $2700

CHAOS 10-12-2006 08:03 AM

i forgot to mention i have full coverage... and my ins company is progressive.

Scapegoat 10-12-2006 08:06 AM

you can't base what your insurance rate would be on what we're getting since everyone is going to have a different rate based on driving history, time driving, accidents, location the car will be stored, etc. Call an insurance agent that represents a larger company like nationwide and get them to run numbers.

When I was looking at my car, they were running insurance numbers for me based off of the worst case possible, so my insurance was less than what it was when they quoted me.

blu4door 10-12-2006 09:16 AM

Mine is dirt cheap, but I am old and married w/kids.

Snoozie 10-12-2006 09:28 AM

Progressive about $500/month for my 02 1.8t Beetle and my boyfriend's 05 WRX. I'm 19 and he is 23 with a not so perfect record.
