how do you get nitrous?

can someone explain the whole car thign to me? i dont get it, seems to me it would be better if everyone put their money towards getting ripped and getting a bigger house, but if i'm wrong let me know.

it's true, but a car also beats paying the bus fair to go everywhere, i've been going after these 5 level 25+ and up guys the past few days that i know i can kill and gaining levels like crazy, if you want their SNs PM me, but i use my car to go to the different cities to attack them all

Its good for getting around...thats about it. I wouldn't have gotten the STI if I would've known that.

The cars are a whole other part of the game. There are races and whoever has the fastest car is equal to whoever is the strongest!

I assume u can make EXP and $ off your races too.
