if you are talking VW TDI 90hp that is at the wheels not the crank. 2008 is a big year for US. Honda BMW VW and MB are supposed to bring new diesels over.

In fact the new VW common rail is siad to havea 2.0 liter with 140 hp ~240 TQ.

Yeah i read that. I will say tho the 90hp TDI isnt slow at all, i drove one all summer. I'd take one.

Is it really at the wheels and not the crank.. my dad has an 02 golf, i could have sworn he told me it put out 90 at the crank. maybe im wrong, it seems to be a re-occuring trend.
