Question about ticket. "Tracker" method? Huh?
 

I got a ticket reporting a speed I was not doing. I got a ticket by a local officer in Richland Township for excessive speeding in a 55 zone on 309. I can get into the ticket in specifics if needed but I am more interested in knowing why when showing what method I was clocked with the officer put no check mark in:

Radar (obviously no locals have radar)
Clocked
A.O.V.
ESP
VASCAR

but put a check box in "OTHER" and wrote "tracker" or "tracked".

What the heck is tracker, or tracked, I cannot read it very well.

The officer said I was doing 106 in a 55 which I was not doing. He said he clocked me "several times". The ticket shows "Miles timed: .0877" and "Secs Timed: 2.96". I did the math - he said he clocked me a few times... if he clocked me (while a 3000gt was speeding past me!) in the ballpark of 106 several times, each time being 2.96 secs, that's over 9 secs - 12 secs sustained... and if that were the case, I would have been 1/4 mile away from him, yet I was slow and pulled over no more than .38 miles from where he claimed to have clocked me. If I had been doing the speed he told me I was, how is it that he was able to go from a standstill to fast enough to catch up to my alleged 106 mph, pull me over, all within .38 mile while I was 1/4 mile away from him if supposedly doing 106 mph for "several clockings".

Summary:

-What is 'tracker'?
-How on earth could he have clocked me several times @ 2.96 secs each time, making me at least 1/4 mile away from him before he even started to accelerate from the side road he was on, and catch up to me in order to have me pulled over before .38 miles of this said location? I was definitely not doing 106 mph (I was in 3rd gear, which is gear limited to a MAX of like 85 mph according to excel spreadsheet calculator factoring tire size, rear diff ratio and gear ratio).
