Suck it Honest Bob, I tired of these damed APC 3D's i tinted them, check the progress
 

My car came with the APC 3d's. I have been looking for some way to make them just look cleaner. I think this is a good first attempt.

The next stage is to spray the chrome gloss black. Leaving only the one lense red. Sort of a cross between a Cobalt and a Skyline.

What do you guys think?

Ill be painting them tomorrow. Any tips on that?

I was gonna:

1. Mask off lenses
2. 400 grit sand
3. Wipe down with Alc.
4. Plastic Primer
5. Gloss black paint
6. Wet sand with 400 again
7. Wipe down with Alc. again

Sound about right?

No taillights is always a hit. Just put some bicycle reflectors in place of them.

The best way to make APC products look better is to remove them. APC stands for "Always Producing Crap." :)
