Watched "Crank" last night...
 

So I watched Crank last night. The movie was badass. Some of the best camera work and action sequences I have yet seen. It was excellent how they made the viewer 'feel' the poison that Statham was given.

The movie also had one of the most hilarious sex scenes I have ever seen. There's a badass muscle car that he drives too.

All in all, highly recommended, dont listen to any of the critics if they gave it a bad review. The movie is one looong action sequence broken up by some seriously hilarious shiat. :thumbup: :thumbup: Two thumbs up!!


EDIT: You see bewbs in the first 10 minutes. You see Amy Smart's bewbs halfway through. Bonus!

For a while I thought this was some side-story or something to "The Transporter."

No matter what I see him in...he's always gonna be "The Transporter." Just like Pierce Brosnan is stuck as Bond...

i totally agree. but it is not like it's a bad thing. Those two movies were so bad ass that as long as Jason Statham doesn't go into comedic or dramatic movies it won't matter.

I always think of him as Turkish from "Snatch"

Tried to go see it with the GF last night but apparetly being 18 does not cut it. First off i went to go buy two tickets, he asked for my ID. Show him my drivers license through my wallet window. He then he asks me to take it out and he goes to examine it like its a fake. At that point i was just like wtf. Then he asks for my gf's ID. Being that she didnt bring a bag, she dosnt have it on her. So he goes on ranting on how the is action and violence and how he dosnt want minors let alone anyone seeing the movie. I told him that he takes his minimun wage job Way to seriously and had a pissed off good laugh for the night.

I thought i was a really cool movie, i loved the transporter movies too

I love all his movies (not in a gay way, I don't think lol), so I'm looking forward to this. I'll probably go see it tonight.

It's ok to have a man crush. Just dont do what the drunk guy did with his best friend.

Was pretty good...agreed about the action scenes...I absolutely HATED the ending tho. As far as the "funny" sex scene, wasn't really funny to me. Get tired of seeing chics take it in the poop-chute or showing boobies...it didn't ruin the movie, but I could do without.

On another note, I am going to sue them because they took my car through the mall idea I had for one of my scripts...what am I gonna do now?????

I was almost gonna say how could you get tired of seeing boobs or girls taking it in the pooper and was gonna call you a ***. But your a girl so complaining/bitching about everything is natural.

GREAT Movie. My only complaint is that I drank too much before the movie, and remember it being a great movie, just don't remember specifics from it.

I didn't complain about anything, just the boobies and getting poked in the @$$...there's a difference. I happen to love almost any movie dealing with guns, cars and violence...most guys usually love that :wink:

If you liked snatch than watch Lock, stocked, and two smoking barrels, snatch is kinda its sequel.

I saw it saturday night and loved it and so did the girl i was with. it was funny and there were great action scenes. i would recommend it
