Guardrail
 

last night i hit a guardrail on a back rd when i was out crusin with my buddies in PA....i damaged the hole driver side of my car..now in a state of panic and not wanting to leave the car on the turn like that i tried driving it to the nearest landmark or something...neway my tires blew and i had to pull over...when the cops came they asked y moved the car and i told them i freaked, they also asked if we were raceing now i told them that we were comein down pretty fast and that i lost controle of the car and hit the rail...they said they have witness who called in saying we came down side by side racing which isnt true because we were never side by side...so my question is what could they get me for?

1.hit a guardrail
2.left the scene
3.speeding

???
