Yellow Evo/Lancer? Every Morning w/ Vinyl

Every morning on my way to work, I see this yellow Mitsu, I can't tell evos and lancers apart:roll: but anyway it has black vinyl on it, a dotted gradient stripe down the sides, it looks nice IMO. Just curious if he's on tst!
