some picture pointers
 
here are some samples of the gallery of pics i took when i was bored with a friend. i realize i didn't have much to work with so don't judge the cars, just the pics.

hey thanks guys. the pics i posted as samplers aren't comin up for some reason but they are in the gallery. any suggestions on taken better pics. what did i do good/bad.

try to find a better background that compliments the colors and lines of the cars that your capturing. think simple, something that wont take attention away from the car. also think about composition, positioning of the car, lighting, framing, etc... not bad for starters though.

watch the angle on some of the pics. it can get to extreme sometimes.

yeah man, of all of them, i think one came out with enough ilk to make it seem like an average shot.

seriously? i don't shoot any better myself, but if you want pointers, look at mags like scc and road & track.. or any quality car mag for that matter, the composition the pros use are often time achievable with a simple point and shoot.

and man, change up the location. if you were that bored, you should've started with a good spot. look at troll's ****.
