Silver bugeye, full OEM kit

I was coming back from dropping off my parents pickup at their house and I passed a Silver bugeye with the OEM ront lip kit and either STi or EGR sideskirts and a rear lip.

Around 2:30 PM in Delran.

Anyone know this one?
