Is this illegal?
 

Inside the cabin of my car, i have 10" green streetglow neon tubes. They almost completely light up the cabin of my car. I understand that streetglow undercar kits are illegal on roads, but is the neon inside the cabin of my car allowed while driving, here in PA? Thanks.
