center console & boost gauge
 
well i decided to take out my radio because i never listen to it so i figured id take it out and sell it while the center console was out it was painted a black metalic ... and my buddy made me a piece out of aluminum and put a boost gauge in there... there will be two other gauges that go there in the future so neways heres some pics ... lemme know what you think

one of my f-body buddys made the vinyl logo for me and snuck this on my side mirror when i wasnt looking :roll:

i dont like the sticker on the mirror...but i have seen boost guages done like that before and i personally like it

That's gonna be kinda hard to see at full throttle isn't it??? Looks very clean though :thumbup:

i know my jackson racing supercharger on my 02 civic si did. it had a "bypass" valve that was vacuum comtrolled. it would run vacuum instead of boost until you gave it a certain amount of throttle, then the valve closed and made boost. i could drive around all day long and not be in boost if i kept it like 1/4 throttle, but as soon as i went WOT it was at full boost.

I've just seen Boost gauges with no vacumn...mainly in Supercharged cars...

Looks good...But what i dont get is people who say they dont look at there boost gauge alot when they drive...I'm constantly looking at mine.

yah i didnt need a 100psi boost gauge :screwy:
lol so i went with the vac/boost my heads and cams are so efficient they will never let me see over 20psi with that blower i have on there now
