inspection for older cars

where do you guys go to get inspection on older cars in PA?
1995...
all the local shops say they can't as they don't have a dyno

most shops should have the dyno / sniffer stuff,,,

if not you can always go to philly & get it done...90% of the shops down there have the dyno

Dynos are ridiculously expensive to maintain, and, with the decreasing number of vehicles that require an ASM dyno test, it is not profitable at all to own one. Thus, most shops in easter PA are selling out, or are ridiculously expensive ($75+).

If you posted a zip code I could possibly have a few suggestions with shops we use in the area for OBD1 emissions.
