It went viral enough (2 mil views) that it caught Nissan's attention and they bought the car, made a donation to Wounded Warrior Project in the seller's name, then fully restored it based on the suggestions of the public. Here is the followup video they did of the car when it was done, also filmed by the guy who sold it to them originally
