Pin sized hole on my sidewall
 

Is it fixable? My douche bag neighbor did it after parking in front of his house for one night. It's three new tires with barely any mileage on them. I really don't want to dish out the cash for new tires unless I absolutely have to.

Get new tires.

Put a bullet sized hole in him.

Most tire places won't even attempt to fix sidewall damage, because it usually doesn't take or doesn't last since sidewalls stretch. You are going to have to buy new tires if you want to feel safe while driving. I believe you can tube them also for 30-40$ but I don't know much about that.

You'll need new tires. Since sidewalls flex and have no reinforcement(read: barely) they aren't fixable since the patch/plug will never hold.
