Throwdown Performance
 

Hi everybody,

Just wondering if anybody knows someone at Throwdown Performance...I believe they are located in Farmingdale(?). I placed an order with them toward the end of April and have not heard from them except for the obligatory order confirmation email. I have tried calling numerous times but no one picks up and have sent emails and tried to contact them on their fb page. I have received no response.

Just wondering if anyone can help me out...its getting to the point where I'm going to file a dispute through paypal.

Ive never dealt with them before but what did you order? Sometimes you have to expect delays, I understand that if there were any delays you should be notified but maybe thats what happened. If you believe you are recieving bad customer service along with no product I would 100% file a paypal dispute.

After a month of no communication your only option is to file a dispute before it's too late. Not worth it at this point. Never heard of that company.

That's what I was thinking...I ordered a UR 4 point underbrace and a P2R TB spacer. I understand that there is a wait on the brace because they are made in Malaysia, but they could at least send me an email stating that I'm going to have to wait for it.

Update: Package is en route to me. I never heard any communication from them and received a phantom shipping notification via email this morning. Funny thing is, all the research I found about them was positive...I think the only way I'll buy from them again is if I drive an hour to Farmingdale to pick the part up myself.
