PA Vehicle Storage questions regarding registration
 

I am looking to put my car into storage and I have all the ideas and tips on what to do with the car but I am currently concerned with the registration or any things regarding the state.

I have found out that as soon as I revoke my liability for the car I am to send in my plates and slips. What about 3 year from now when I decide to pull the car out of the shed and put it back on the road

How do I re-register the car?

What if I never sent in my plates and just let my registration lapse?
