If you have to post a question like that you're not ready to do an engine swap or boost your car.

This. You have a lot to learn if thats the question that begins your swap. Do some independent reasearch, begin to understand motor work and then consider upgrading.

Wow guys how about trying to help point him in the right direction? No harm in asking some questions, everyone is at different points with their cars and knowledge. I know here are some very knowledgable Honda and EF owners on this forum who can give some solid advice, hopefully they will speak up.

This. And remember the ole rule to modding cars:

You can have only 2: Cheap, reliable, fast

I can answer your question, but ill need to know what engine your running. hondas are fun to play with, but you need to boost them properly, and some of the engines wont take much pressure.

I assume you have a D16 Multipoint engine since you stated its a 4wd Wagon. I currently have one at my shop that we did a vtec head on and installed a Greddy turbo kit. Another option would be to source a Jackson Racing Supercharger. I am a Master Honda and Master ASE tech. I would be happy to guide you in the right direction. Feel free to email or call into the shop.

Thanks
Dave
