Apparently, disciplinary action was taken against Mr. Doyle when he worked for Time Magazine also.


“... Doyle knew that the 'girl' was 14 years old, and he told her who he was and that he worked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security," according to a statement from the sheriff's office.

As the two continued chatting online, police said, Doyle gave the detective his home and office phone numbers as well as the number to his government-issued cell phone.--


The government issued cell phone, work phone, and home phone numbers are the parts that had me trippin’. And I was dumbstruck at everything else he was saying to this Cop masquerading as a 14 year old kid. It makes you wonder about the people you’ve shaken hands with over the years who could potentially be eyeing up your kids or sisters when you have them over for family and friend get-togethers.

How many hands do we shake in a year? It makes me wonder.
