Dealerships charge no more or less than any other reputable body shop. It's a time and materials thing. Body and paint labor plus shop supplies and liquid materials, that's it. Book times for R&I (which you don't need, since it's already in pieces), and times for paint labor hours per panel are all standardized. Any shop will just plug your car into its database and it will spit out numbers regarding the proper times to apply for your specific car.
With that said, plan to spend no less than about $2500 for a full dip. It's that low because you already have it taken apart. When we have customers ask us about prices for overall paint jobs we tell them that exterior original color resprays start at around $2500, jambs-included color changes start at $3500. That gets you a better-than-factory paint job, definitely local show worthy, but nothing ridiculous. Any shop who quotes less is either under quoting you to get you in the door only to raise the final price "at checkout", or they're simply not going to give you a quality job. There aren't many other options. I hope that helps give you some perspective.
