Street Racing Ticket
 

So tonight I got pulled over for "racing on a highway". The cop didn't write any speed on the ticket so how does he know i was speeding?

I was sitting at a light IN FRONT OF A POLICE STATION! Why would I race in front of a police station.

2nd I didn't even get to shift to 2nd gear before the cop turned his lights on.

I just wanna know how I was racing if the speed limit is 45mph and I didn't launch my car or take off? He didn't write how fast i was going/
