Smoked tail lights in PA?
 

Long story short the guy that did my inspection took a can of paint thinner and some sand paper to my authentic JDM smoked tails which are stock like that on JDM MKIII supra's. He told me if I got pulled over the cop would look at my inspection sticker and he would get in trouble for it, being at a lot of car meets I see smoked tails all the time. Are they illegal?
