Reading through the threads in this forum, all too often I have seen unnecesary posts directed at the officers based upon their time to respond to a thread, or showing general disrespect.

Please understand that while they are happy to try and answer any question you have, they are not on the forum 24/7. They do this as a courtesy to their fellow forum members.

Please show them the same respect you would show any other member of the TST comunity.

The basic rules of TST apply, and failure to respect any member will end up being dealt with as the moderator team sees fit.
