I laughed too haha. I was about to say how clean it is and then there were dirty pics. Nice car.

Looks good but I liked the white housings better then the amber ones.

mckpat03 01-19-2012 09:59 AM

I'm with them. Great looking car. The clear housings are a huge upgrade in appearance.

Erik@R/TTuning 01-19-2012 10:40 AM

Digging the clear here too.

Man, where did that road trip take you? Canada?

Big_Jim 01-19-2012 10:51 AM

LOL @ V8 swap.

My thoughts exactly. Are you doing another retro?!

Noodile 01-19-2012 01:43 PM

Yup. Murano projectors with STi-R for sure. I'm still on the fence on the E-55 projectors as quads though. I already got all the parts (minus the shrouds), trimmed down the projectors, test fitted on a spare light. now i' waiting for my other set of headlights to come in. (the ones i traded for the clear reflectors)

Noodile 01-19-2012 01:51 PM

PS: pictures of the Headlights were after the wash. so its uber clean now. and yes i've been bitten by the retrofit bug.

High-five! I wish that more people had been before blinding people with blue and purple head lights.

EvilCelica 01-19-2012 03:47 PM

white housings look good. where did you get your headlights tinted?

Noodile 01-19-2012 04:40 PM

what do you mean by headlights tinted?

I miss State College.

I like the jack idea. I should use that if my failing bed frame ever brakes.

I work at a Kia dealership and I don't see many Forte Koups. Hows the aftermarket support coming along?

SvicksTc 01-21-2012 12:53 AM

Clear lights look great...

I guess you dont put that bed to good use :) since i dont see that being to sturdy when the motion of the ocean is moving haha..

Its coming along slowly, not as well as most cars, but can't complain.

You can get all type of intakes: SRI, MRI, CAI. each are offered by a few companies

Turbokits offers a turbo for 6,000. 300 WHP @8 or 9 PSI

few body kits, spoilers, etc

few coils, and alot of lowering springs.

Trust me, the bed gets put to very good use.

clipse97 01-21-2012 12:45 PM

I thought about swapping in the new optima turbo motor if I ever got my hands on a blown up Koup.
