Flat towing in PA
 

Well I'm going to be towing a car through PA on Wednesday.

I have a tow bar that I've towed my 240 to and from Englishtown with and had no problems, but I was wonder if there are any laws against it in PA.

I might just rent a dolly, $40 and being 100% sure that everything is fine isn't much for the assurance, but I figured I would ask first.
