March Madness College Basketball Pool! Gauging Interest ASAP!!! Who wants to enter?!?
 

Hey,
I'd like to have a College Basketball Pool through TST... for TST members or anyone else intersted. Anyone who submits their sheet by the deadline can enter. I'm thinking $6 per sheet and you can enter as many as you'd like. $5 from each sheet goes into the pool and the other $1 goes towards the paypal fees and also paying for the cost of the program that we'll be using to keep things incredibly well organized and up to date.
I need to gauge interest here so please respond if you'd be interested in this and have a paypal account to pay the entry fees. Need to know asap as Selection Sunday is tomorrow and the Tournament starts Tuesday.
If there seems to be a good amount of interest and we can cover the $30-$40 cost of the program I'll go for it and I think it will be a big success.
So... let me know asap...
here's a snapshot of the program we'll be using so you can get an idea of how organized it'll be. it'll also feature a full up to date website where you can check your own status and others as well... the program is pretty sweet and i wouldnt think about taking something like this on without it.

i am a huge bbal fan.... we do a pool with a slightly larger buy in though.

well i was expecting 50+ people but yeah... we're not quite at those numbers yet.

yeah it costs less then 10 cents per game... hahaha. we really should be doing it for a bit more cash but wtf doesnt look like anyone is interested anyways. nobody likes sports? you all in a knitting club or something instead?

I thought this sort of gambling was illegal, and publicly talking about illegal activities on the boards was against the rules?

oooh yeah talking about illegal things on the forum is not allowed you're right. i just never thought that a bball pool was actually illegal, but i guess it is? bah...

breaking TEH RULES once again...tisk tisk. i would be in but i cant stand college basketball unless im at the game/or its a good match up.

Ha, not that I care or anything. If this was a college or pro football pool, I would be down. I don't care too much for basketball though....

TROLL could you please help get this going soon so we aren't doing this last minute. College basketball is my #1 favorite sport actually after NASCAR but this years tourney is going to be very interesting. Some interesting upsets in the making possibly. Each regional seems real tough.

TROLL are we not doing this at all? It actually might be too late now but what is going on with it?
