Well it was only a matter of time till the Feds killed off this one...its been around forever. sucks......anyone know of any other good sites that use the Gnutella network?

I use Frostwire, I used to use Morpheus, but they got all gay and **** and stopped letting you download...

Torrents are the way to go these days. I use Demonoid but it's an invite only site.

You can always try http://www.bittorrent.com/ which is free

Limewire, and any P2P program, and even torrents all suck. All are easily tracked/traced and generally slow.

Limewire died years ago when they started to suck. Back when i was in highschool it was great, then napster got shut down and the law started taking notice and limewire ceased to be good for anything... let alone for the porn i used to download back in HS on my mom's computer :lol:

This is weeks old...however if you're still hellbent on P2P (I'll be honest I use it for singles and **** that I'll never need or want the full album) then FrostWire it is.

Gnutella network is actually at a PEAK in recent history, and it's the same network, just a different client.

It was going to happen either way. I dont get how they keep trying to stop these sharing sites from poping up though. In the ttime it takes to kill one of them 100 more can pop up out of nowhere.

there not gonna ever be able to stop gnutella network cuz it runs simply p2p. millions of computers everywhere use it and the only way to compleletly stop is ti raid millions of computers all at once which would never happen, and the feds can only do in the US. the rest of the world can still use it and spread it back to the us.

good riddance to that garbage virus filled site......

I found that the higher the bit rate, the better quality the song is... 128 sucks, but I think the highest I've seen was like 192, and that's like HD quality...

FROSTWIRE!!! I haven't used limewire in over 5 years. Frostwire has turbo charged downloads and all the stuff you paid to get for Limewire Pro. There is also Luckywire... I dont know what frostwire you use that you ant find anything lol I have over 50k songs and all have come from frostwire. Fastest P2P server out there. Maybe you should get a better computer. lol

Know what you are looking for and its the fastest and safest place to download. Never got a virus and never will. Download smart and know what you are doing. lol

If you wanna go the slow but safe route use Dirpy.com. All you do is copy and paste the link to a youtube video (of a song you want) and it saves the .mp3 recording of the audio to your computer.

this stuff is still just song downloads... y download individual songs when you can download whole albums just as fast?!
