Verizon

Anyone else having issues with backup assistant? My address book is GONE... I have a few important contacts.. like 6, that I took from my other phone, but ALL of my other contacts are gone. Per a call to Verizon on Monday, the issues were to be fixed in 24 hours max. It's now Wednesday....

I never used it before. But Sunday, I had issues with my BB and went back to an older one I have and the rep had me do back up and then I wasnt able to restore. Over and over it didnt work. Good thing I was recently backed up on the computer
