street racing ticket...
 

so tonight i was at a meet. and the cops came, everyybody got in their cars to leave. as did i. but where the cop stopped and where i was parked it was impossible to leave without seeming like im running. so i stayed there. i turned my car off, and the officer took my info etc. 45 mins later and extreme rudeness, i recieved a citation. with a court date. "observing illegal street racing on a highway" there was absolutely no racing at the gas station inwhich i was parked. under total due it says court. i was not asked to sign it or anything. charge section is 3367-b what am i supposed to do? whats recomended? do i have to do something within 10 days? please help...

Call the court at the top of the ticket and see if it has hit the system yet, if so ask if you are required to attend court. If yes find out if the court date has been scheduled and if you choose to, go and plead your case. If its a payable citation and you wish to avoid court you can just pay it and move on.

Okay, thank you. Like I said under 'amount' it says court there's no payable amount or anything.
