Contact Mishimoto, and get a replacement. The lifetime warranty comes in handy. ;)

evomike 10-12-2010 10:19 PM

Probably didn't take it out when he was doing something around it.

stover 10-12-2010 10:58 PM

evomike 10-12-2010 11:02 PM

Jb weld it that's what I did and then drove to Florida the next day.

enohand 10-12-2010 11:05 PM

lol....is it threw the core? or just the cooling fins?

stover 10-13-2010 06:41 AM

yea its through the actual passages... 3 or 4 of them, so if i put coolant in it it will pour out

Oh, I missed the fact that you damaged it yourself, lol. I don't read well enough sometimes.

Mishimoto is actually pretty lax about their warranty policy, depending on who you talk to. Ive seen them replace radiators for customers without a receipt.

If that doesnt work, motorcycleradiators.com is a company that specializes in repairing aluminum radiators. Despite their website name, they will do a car rad too, and it should run you $75-120.

^^ Haha. Thanks. Unfortunately, there have been minor changes to the warranty program recently.

I am the guy you would be talking to for a warranty claim actually.

OP, send me an E-mail at patrick@mishimoto.com and we can figure something out.

Thanks,
-Pat
